We loved our service. They have a pretty good deal 3 items for 10.99/13.99 and $15.99(drink+app+entree). If you do choose any of the 3 for 10.99/13.99/15.99 you can choose a slice of cheese cake for $2.49 instead of paying full price at $7.49. I had a cup of chicken soup(chunky tomatoes are not my thing) I definitely enjoyed the hominy and flavor was all there for me, definitely southwest flavor. **App redemption**-We do have the app and redeemed one code for a free kids meal. One code or coupon valid per order. We asked for chips and salsa for an appetizer. Found out we couldn't use the chips and salsa appetizer for the 3 items for $10.99 sounds weird but I understand next time I'll get no appetizer and wait to get the 3 for 10.99 to receive chips and salsa. Our server was Nichole, she was on it every chance she could! The kitchen needs to work on fresh lettuce. My chicken sandwich came with dried out Lettuce. Nichole had no problem replacing it. When it came to pay for the bill it was a bit annoying. It was not very UX friendly on the tipping side. We were talking about how weird it is that you can't tip separately when it comes to Gift cards and she did mention people use that to their advantage and just leave her a low ($1.00) tip if that's what's left on the gift card and would have to use another form for tipping. This chilis is definitely better staffed and vibes are more chill than the T.G.I.F by the Chick-fil-A.
